Henan Zanyu Technology Co., Ltd. signed a contract to settle in Hebi Baoshan Economic and Technological Development Zone in August 2019, covering an area of 1,200 mu, with a total investment of about 3.5 billion yuan. The project construction includes a surfactant production device with an annual output of 300,000 tons; an annual output of 500,000 tons A production plant for cleaning and care products; and a production plant with an annual output of 250,000 tons of oleochemicals and 150,000 tons of laundry soap.

Construction officially started on June 15, 2020, and in only half a year, the surfactant production line with an annual output of 200,000 tons was completed and entered the trial production stage. In March 2021, the project with an annual output of 500,000 tons of washing and care products production equipment and supporting facilities began construction, and trial production was successively conducted in the second half of 2022. After the completion of Zhongyuan Daily Chemical Ecological Industrial Park, it can achieve an annual production of 1.2 million tons of surfactants, detergents and oleochemicals.
