Properties: white or slightly yellow flaky substance.

It is the composite material of high performance stabilizer / lubricant / antioxidant system, mainly used in the production of PVC-U window profiles, pipes, fittings, etc. With low dosage, no dust, use, simplified recipes and other characteristics; it can offer PVC excellent stability, plasticizing properties, processability and mechanical properties, has excellent heat and weather resistance.

1．This product is easy to operate, adjust the mixture to 90ºC or above to achieve uniform dispersion.

2．This product fully considers the heat resistance, light resistance, weather resistance and efficient lubrication and processing properties required by PVC resin products, and maximizes the synergistic effect of each component.

3．This product has excellent processing performance, balanced lubrication, extremely low precipitation, and can be continuously produced. It is suitable for the processing of PVC products with a variety of complex cross-sectional structures, and is suitable for different extrusion equipment and molds, which can significantly improve the qualified rate of product production.

4．This product has good compatibility with PVC resin, and has good coupling and solubilizing function. It can appropriately increase the amount of filler to reduce production cost. Efficient lubricants can give bright and delicate product surfaces and increase the reputation of products.
