On June 25, the "Strengthening Scientific and Technological Innovation, Serving a Better Life - China's Top 100 Light Industry Enterprises Summit Forum", sponsored by the China Light Industry Federation (hereinafter referred to as the "China Light Industry Federation") and undertaken by the China Light Industry Information Center, was held in Beijing. Wang Jiangping, a member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Minister of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. The relevant leaders of the China Light Industry Association, the China Detergent Products Industry Association and other relevant business associations, as well as the enterprise representatives who won the title of Top 100 Light Industry, attended the meeting. Chairman Zhang Chonghe of the China Light Industry Federation made a keynote report at the meeting. He pointed out that this year marks the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China. The light industry, which has gone through 70 years of glorious history, has made great contributions to people's better lives through the tireless efforts of light workers one after another. On the basis of fully analyzing the current situation at home and abroad, President Zhang Chonghe proposed five hopes on how to make the top 100 light industry enterprises bigger and stronger, including independent scientific and technological innovation, intelligent production and manufacturing, international business layout, high-end brand building, and professional association services, so as to make the light industry enterprises bigger and stronger.
Du Tong and the Secretary General of the China Light Industry Association read out the evaluation announcement of the top 100 enterprises in China's light industry, and issued certificates to the top 100 enterprises. In order to implement the requirements of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China on "cultivating world-class enterprises with global competitiveness" and encourage advanced light industry enterprises to become bigger and stronger, the China Light Industry Association organized the evaluation of "China's Top 100 Light Industry Enterprises" in 2018. According to the comprehensive score of six indicators of the declared enterprises in 2018, namely, operating income, total profit, operating income profit margin, tax proportion in profits and taxes, R&D investment and operating income growth, 200 enterprises were approved and awarded the title of "Top 100 Enterprises in China's Light Industry in 2018". Among them, five enterprises in the washing products industry, including Naeis Group Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Libai Enterprise Group Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Langqi Industry Co., Ltd., Weilai (Guangzhou) Daily Necessities Co., Ltd., and Zanyu Technology Group Co., Ltd., were on the list.
In addition, China's top 100 light industry technology enterprises were also released at the meeting for the first time. Six indicators of the number of invention patents were comprehensively scored and evaluated according to the unified labeling system. Finally, 100 enterprises were awarded the "Top 100 Enterprises in China's Light Industry Science and Technology in 2018". Among them, Guangzhou Libai Enterprise Group Co., Ltd., Zanyu Technology Group Co., Ltd. and Guangzhou Langqi Industry Co., Ltd. in the washing products industry were listed.
China's top 100 light industry and top 100 science and technology enterprises are excellent representatives of the light industry industry. The top 100 light industry enterprises are the vanguard force leading China's light industry to move from a big country to a strong country, while the top 100 light industry and technology enterprises are successful examples of implementing the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and technology, and the vanguard force leading China's light industry technological innovation. The China Light Industry Federation hopes that all enterprises can learn from these top 100 enterprises, conscientiously implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, take meeting the growing needs of the people for a better life as the engine, continue to become bigger, stronger and better, and make greater contributions to promoting the high-quality development of light industry.
